It is my goal to assist you in creating holistic and sustainable practices you can implement into your daily life. Your body changes drastically when you are pregnant and postpartum. I seek to support you in all ways and provide you with education so that you can make informed decisions about what you need and what your goals are. Once you schedule a consultation I will provide you with a questionnaire. From there we will proceed to work through various movement and strategies to rehab and strengthen your body.
ABOUT ME

I have been a coach in some format since I was 15 years old. I played Division 1 soccer in college and did a brief stint in the National Women's Soccer League. In 2020 I completed my certification to become a Pregnant and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. After being pregnant and having two kiddos I realized what a difference a coach could make during this time of life. The adaptation, growth, and transformation for each of us is different. But it is hard. Beautiful, but hard. I am here to support, educate, empower, and help you build sustainable practices for your every day life.

Build the Foundation for More Movement
This is a six week program that I design for you. The goal behind it is to help your brain and body reconnect. Rehab movements that lay the groundwork so that you can progress to more demanding movements symptom and pain free. Think crawling before walking. This is not to get your heart rate pounding and fatigue you. This is mindful, precise, and often "boring." It is also, in my opinion, the best place to start.
Between stimulus and response there is a space, and in the space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
